       This information applies only to existing users of versions 2.0 
       and 2.1 of CVT (tm). 


       1)  If you are an existing user of CVT (tm), remember not to 
           copy over the following files: 

                  CVT!.DAT  and  CVT!!.BAT

           If you copy these files over your existing files, you will 
           lose any custom changes that you have made to those 
           instruction files. 


       2)  This version (CVT v2.2) has eliminated the need for certain 
           external programs from other vendors.  You can delete any 
           of the following program files from the WHERECVT= 
           subdirectory:

                  ANSIKILL, ATTR, ATTRIB, and/or STRIPZIP


       3)  Did you register your copy of CVT (tm) ???
